The participant agrees that the following terms apply to all affiliates and paying or paid parties involved. Profits are applied according to the agreed terms of this program. This Affiliate Program is a Single-tier Affiliate Marketing Program, not a MLM or Pyramid. TheVibrary.com acts as a for-profit organization and does not collect bank or credit information. Payments to affiliates from TheVibrary.com originate from marketing programs and media projects. Participants are not partners or shareholders, but are investing affiliates and/or clients that agree to receive compensation for referrals and also provide funding for media and other products or services of TheVibrary.com.

All affiliates are legally entitled to the payments and portions set forth within this program and its terms.  TheVibrary.com guarantees any and all payments due, and follows a strict schedule to pay all affiliates according to this agreement. TheVibrary.com will issue daily payments due to affiliates that join via PayPal.

In-Studio credit will be issued to affiliates that join via credit card. The use of funds received by TheVibrary.com contractually include, but are not limited to the following investments, expenses, and organizations: 1) TheVibrary.com: directly or indirectly funding artist development programs, third party endowments, program and service expenses, set or unset compensation to involved parties, awards and prize-giving events. 2) TheVibrary.com: is contractually bound to its affiliates by way of this agreement. TheVibrary.com and/or its owners are not responsible for the use, misuse of or inability to use any provided service, program, or funds collected, due, and / or paid. The terms of this agreement serve as legal protection and are subject to change, being affected only by the legal owner of TheVibrary.com.

TheVibrary.com maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. This affiliate program is a marketing program limited to U.S. residents only, and does not provide stock, tax, or salary benefits to participants not employees or legal owners of TheVibrary.com. Any unauthorized attempt to falsify, cheat, destruct, or alter any aspect of this program or the parties involved will result in the appropriate legal action. All investments are non-refundable. Receipts and confirmations are provided via Email. Some holidays or other appropriate interval may result in delay of services. No payments to TheVibrary.com are to be sent via postal mail. Only urgent notices may be mailed to: TheVibrary Studios / 1427 Laurens Rd. Ste K / Greenville SC 29607. TheVibrary.com is a responsible entertainment company committed to the satisfaction of its affiliates and clients.
